Yaniv Partock – CEO

At Balink Yaniv oversees the company’s strategic and business development operations.
Yaniv has nearly 20 years professional experience in the design and implementation of business processes in the Israeli industry. After serving as logistics engineer in the Israeli navy and in consulting firms, he held several senior managerial positions in Paradigm Geophysical, an international software development company operating in the oil & gas industry. Yaniv holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion Universty.

Sami Cohen – CTO

Balink Managing Partner, Sami steers all technology aspects in BALINK. He has extensive experience in web based software development. As a team member in Symbiolink, a startup that pioneered the development of web collaboration tools, Sami got a firsthand experience with Microsoft new ASP.NET technology in its earliest stages. He later held several team leading roles in Matrix in various large scale web projects for government agencies. As team leader in Magen (later on Advantech), he was closely involved in complex web projects including interfaces between Salesforce, Pivotal and Oracle Application. Sami holds a Bachelor of Science in Computers from the Jerusalem College of Technology

Noam Kaiser – VP Sales and Business Development

Noam Kaiser manages Balink’s services and products local and international sales. In addition he is in charge of the company’s business development effort, initiating Balink’s penetration into new markets, venturing into additional fields and establishing cooperation and affiliations. Noam is the former Investment Manager for the Ofer Group Technological Incubator, Naiot Venture Accelerator. He led various investments in Start-up companies in the fields of software, internet and Medical Devices and played an active role in outlining companies’ strategies, partaking in their business development activities and early commercialization.
Noam served as member of the board of directors of various companies, including Concealium, CmyCasa and Mediscale.In 2010 Noam Founded VentureApp, an online business analytics service Start-up, providing solutions to the Venture Capital and Private Equity sectors over the SalesForce platform.Prior to joining the Ofer Group, Noam held management and business development positions at Yes DBS Satellite Services Ltd. Noam holds both Bachelor of the Arts degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
